At last, London’s favourite season has arrived. Along with beautiful sunshine, outdoor fun and eating al fresco, summer brings colourful fresh produce, new ingredients and recipe inspiration here at Pod.


We’ve enjoyed experimenting with new ingredients on new our summer menu, such as giant Peruvian corn, paneer, sweetcorn and miso.


Our star hot pod is the Peruvian corn and chicken, made with butternut squash, Peruvian corn, red pepper, tamari, coconut and chunks of fennel to create a unique nutty and summery flavoured dish.


Also featuring Peruvian corn is our new Green energy chicken gym bowl. Nutritionally balanced with grains, veg and protein from red rice, quinoa, edamame beans, peas, spring onion, chicken and tarragon to fuel your body for a productive afternoon. At only 358 calories, this bowl is the new eat for ‘going green to get lean’.  


Our new Jalfrezi paneer wrap made with peas, sweet potato, spinach, tomatoes, onion and turmeric to really make meat free Mondays a lot more exciting. Lighter lunchers can enjoy our new range of daily changing soups; Asparagus and mint, Sweetcorn and lemongrass, and Miso kale and noodle.


If you’re on a mission to get in shape this summer, we’ve got two healthy boxes to enhance your training. For stamina and endurance pre-exercise, our vegetarian Gym Box is ideal, or for muscle repair post weight sessions, our Protein Box is on hand.


For days when you’re too busy to stop, our handmade smoothie range offer an abundance of health benefits to drink on the go, such as the vitamin C packed Apple & mango anti oxidiser or low fat Mean green. Old hat Pod lovers will be pleased to hear that we’ve brought back the vegan Energy smoothie, with gluten free oats, passion fruit, soya milk, banana and purple grape juice – great for breakfast on the run.
